A modern apparatus with remarkable design, it could be attached to the Swedish ladder, integrating perfectly to any interior.
Designed so as to allow the folding (See video) of the bars in working position, both horizontally and vertically.
In this way, two devices have been integrated into a single one:
- using the parallels in horizontal position, you could perform triceps and deltoid muscles training excercises;
- by rigidly fastening the handles vertically and keeping your elbows steadily on the two cushions for a safe hand grip, you are able to perform combined exercises for abdominal, intercostal, external oblique and quadriceps femoris muscles.
The device is made entirely of beech hardwood, which makes it extremely safe.
The cushions, made of high density foam, are covered in eco leather, ensuring a safe elbow support during the exercises.

The grips could be fixed parallel to the floor and in an 80° angle.
The product comes with a reinforcing brace that attaches easily to the stall bar with no tools required.
