Artimex Sport Stall bars have 2 stringers (see video) made from pin join timber colored .
Oval bars (see video), 14 pieces, made from beech timber wood, and have Ø (1-1/4'' x 1-5/8'').
The mounting of bars to both sides of the product is performed by using wood screws on the back side.
The last rungs on the top is positioned one more projecting and the other more re-entering to make it possible some suspension exercises or passive cervical tractions.
Installation hardware included.
Delivered with two wood slats ( mounting boards - see video 
) 1.3 inches thick, 4 metal angle brackets for montage on the Wall.
Stall bars could be installed even in rooms with skirting boards, due to the4 spacers to be attached to the rear side.
There are numerous flexibility exercises you may do on stall bar.
